Ingredients Makes 5—6 servings

— 2" (5cm) fresh ginger, minced

— 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

— 2 Tbsp (30ml) raw honey

— 4 Tbsp (60ml) shoyu or tamari or soy sauce

— 4 Tbsp (60ml) olive oil

Directions

1) Puree the first four ingredients in a blender.

2) With the blender running, slowly add the oil until the dressing is emulsified.

3) Keeps up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
